Guest Soloist:

Joan Passmore

Accompanied on the piano by our talented John Sayer, Joan enthralled the audience with two lovely songs:

O mio Babbino, Caro - Puccini
Summer Time - Gershwin

Guest Soloist:

Frances Jones

Francis amazed the audience as she unfolded her alpine horn over much of the stage and proceeded to play first a new composition and then several distinctive alpine melodies used to call the cattle.

An alpine horn is rather a large and loud instrument to practice in a built up area, so Francis took it to a field somewhere in the countryside of Berkshire. She was suprised to find that its alluring tones worked on British cows as well as Alpine ones. She was soon surrounded by an appreciative herd of cows.
